Yin yoga is a quiet contemplative practice.
Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses.
Yin yoga targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep facia networks of the body – rather than the muscles.
Energetically, Yin yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of chi in the organs. To be healthy, we need healthy organs as well as healthy muscles.
Omni Flow is blend of slow intentional movement, intuitive rhythms and primal movement patterns using creative sequencing and anatomical cueing.
Feel like your practice is stuck in a box?
With Omni Flow there is no box!
This practice creates a feeling of being fully present. Inspired. Expansive.
Mobility //Strength //Flow
In a typical Slow Flow class, you will practice about half the number of poses you might practice in a Flow class.
The pace is meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind.
We hold poses longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose, instead of moving to each breath.
Slow Flow with Yin is same as above with added 20-25 minutes of Yin Yoga at the end of the class to settle you.
Vinyasa, is a breath initiated practice, that connects every action of our life with the intention of moving towards what is sacred, or most important to us.
Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike.
The variable nature of Vinyasa Yoga helps to develop a more balanced body as well as prevent repetitive motion injuries that can happen if you are always doing the same thing every day.
As a philosophy, Vinyasa recognizes the temporary nature of things. We enter into a posture, are there for a while and then leave.
Hatha Yoga is defined as movement that develops strength, flexibility, bodily relaxation, and mental concentration.
Hatha classes are designed for mixed-level participants and provide a balanced combination of sustained poses with attention to basic alignment and therapeutic principles.
Move to Melt is a yummy combo of Vinyasa and Yin yoga with a guided meditation!
The Vinyasa portion warms the body up and rids your body of excess Prana, or energy.
After this, your body is ready to relax and lengthen during the Yin Yoga portion.
BUTI yoga is a unique practice, known for it’s cardio-intensive bursts of tribal dance, primal movement, and conditioning.
Buti is designed to offer a calorie-scorching, body-sculpting, and dynamic yoga practice.
The word ‘buti’ is a Marathi Indian term for “the cure to something that’s been hidden away or kept secret.”
The movement involved in a BUTI class is designed to help everyone develop body confidence.
It will help you fall in love with your workout, break through emotional and physical barriers, and transform your body.
Yoga posture practice in Ananda Yoga is gentle for beginning students, becoming more challenging with experience.
It is an inwardly directed practice, and is never aggressive or aerobic.
The main goals are safety, being relaxed, raising your consciousness, working directly with your bodies subtle energy.
**Buti + Bands is a Cardio// Strength// Flow**
Our music driven vinyasa has a remixed version!
Resistance bands are used to increase joint strength and stability, enhance the look and shape of your backside!
Moving against resistance helps slow the movement and allow the body to integrate deep stabilizing muscles.
Buti + Bands is a fun, effective way to build muscle and burn fat! Class is set to black lights
Flow to Feel- A hybrid class featuring components of Vinyasa Flow to awaken the body, static holds to build strength, deep yin for myofascial release ending with extended meditation or yoga nidra to purposefully connect the mind and body. This is a rejuvenating practice designed for all levels. 75 minutes.
What is yoga Nidra? Yogic sleep typically achieved through guided meditation. The body becomes relaxed and the practitioner becomes increasingly aware of their inner world. It is a deeply beneficial practice resulting in relaxation, calm, better sleep and greater self awareness. As the practice brings withdrawal of the 5 senses it is typical for the body temperature to lower slightly.
This is a wonderful complimentary practice to any movement practice. It is recommended this practice take place in comfortable clothing, laying down with any desire support items such as a bolster, block, or blanket.
Foam rolling is a method of self-myofascial release. A foam roller is a lightweight, cylindrical tube of compressed foam.
It may be used for many reasons, including increasing flexibility, reducing soreness, and eliminating muscle knots.

I found Yoga in 2016 when I took a pop-up Buti Yoga Class at a local yoga studio in Roseville. I was hooked, that class lead me to join the studio and take every class I could get myself too. I was immediately connected and aligned with how yoga made me feel. Yoga (ALL KINDS) touched my soul and was able to help some pain I had been having in my joints and back. I connected with new friends and was taking 4-5 classes a week. I was then encouraged to take the Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in 2020 and WOAH what a great choice - It was EPIC. I took a 200 Hour YTT at MomentOm Yoga with Buck Lewis and it was so amazing- the group of people in the class I now consider as my friends/ family and we have bonded for life. I then took a YTT 60 Hour online with Power Yoga out of Santa Monica with Bryan Kest. That to broadened my knowledge and understanding of guiding practitioners in movement to bless their bodies. This education bloomed into wanting even more and I signed up and am currently enrolled in a 20 hour Yin Yoga certification training program online with YogaRenew. This is a great look into specific Yin poses.
Yes this can seem like a lot of training but I am a student and I feel like you can learn from different perspectives and gain such a well rounded knowledge from many other teachers. I love learning.
In May 2021, I opened 'Breathe & Balance Yoga' in Lincoln California and it has been so fun to bring yoga and zumba back to the community here in Lincoln. The communities response has been open arms and then need was great. The connections and joy we have cultivate thus far has been amazing. I look forward to serving the community with many styles of yoga and zumba and workshops for years to come.

I offer you no judgment and deep truth.
I guide where your body goes so you can feel the REST that comes with the movement. It's accessible, clear, adaptive and supportive for rest or to get your sweat on.
Love big, serve well, live fearlessly, yogis -
From Amanda - Yoga first found me nearly 10 years ago when I was invited to my first Buti Yoga class. I thought for sure I had heard the name wrong, but after experiencing my first class there was no going back. I had never experienced such a liberating and life-giving movement style until I stepped on my mat and finally felt free.
The powerful combination of yoga asanas, tribal dance, and plyometrics began to transform me from the inside out.
Whether you are a seasoned Yogi or it’s your first time stepping on a yoga mat, I invite you to take a moment to reconnect with yourself and to feel human again. BREATHE. Close your eyes. Pound your chest. Hit the floor. Jump. Roll. MOVE YOUR BODY. Step into your power. Come back to your roots and play. I can’t wait to move with you!
Beata Tyminski is a certified Ananda Yoga Instructor, RYT 200 hour. Her love for yoga started after experiencing the gentle style of Ananda Yoga. She truly believes in Yoga principles, and endeavors to live by them in her everyday life.
In her class she focuses on incorporating breath to relax the body, to calm the mind and to bring each individual deeply inward.
A little bit about Michelle-
I found Yoga in 2004 at a time in my life of rapid change and deep pain. I initially approached it as a way to relax and get some movement but quickly realized what I was receiving was far beyond what I thought I needed or even wanted. Every time I stepped on my mat I discovered new parts of me, new corners of the mind and slowly began the process of unraveling years of trauma and pain. As the years went on Yoga became a safe space, a place for self discovery, a place to release the hurt and heal.
There were times my practice was held close to my heart and I moved with it daily, even religiously. There were many times where my mat became a distant thought and I would find myself slowly sinking into old habits for comfort only to find the scabs of old wounds still needing to be nursed.
Then one day I came to a crossroads and Yoga showed me how to fully love and embrace ALL of my being. As I slowly began to commit long term to a daily Vinyasa practice I also started incorporating breathwork and meditation. I suddenly found myself free from the past and deeply connected to the present and to myself in ways I didn't know were possible.
In 2017 I became a 200 hour Lifepower Yoga certified teacher in Ashtanga Vinyasa in the lineage of Johnny Kest. Upon completion of training I knew it was my life's mission, my dharma to share the beauty and gift of this practice with others.
I continued to seek out more knowledge as I developed my craft and received further education in hands-on assisting and children's yoga through Zuda Yoga. I completed my second 200 hour teacher training at Momentom Yoga with Buck Lewis in 2020. I look forward to the next chapter in my education as well as the evolution of my practice and my life!
My teaching style is dynamic and leads from the heartspace. In my classes you will link breath to movement and utilize the intensity of the pose to reach into the corners of the mind and experience the journey of transformation through consciousness and connection. You will breath, you will sweat, and together we will experience the magic, joy and love of this practice.
My offerings include Power Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Yin, Yoga Nidra, Mediation, Healing Circles and Sound Healing. It is my honor to walk on this path with you both on the mat and off into all aspects of life!
What keeps me committed to my yoga practice?
The magic that takes place on my mat keeps me coming back.
I call my power back to myself and move because it feels so damn good.
I connect my mind and body creating a place for my Soul to breathe. In this space my Spirit thrives.
I let all that shit go and I can feel the magic of being Alive!
Join me on the mat for Buti- vinyasa remixed.
